If Biden tries to blame Republicans for the Pelosi affair, the Republicans in the room should all stand up and turn their backs to him. Better yet, they should all have a small sheaf of papers and all tear them up in mock protest of Nancy’s stunt at Trump’s last SOTU.
I don’t think Congress is in session right now, so I don’t know if this is an address to a session of Congress. So he may not have an audience.
