Yeah, Biden will basically lay out a preemptive case undermining the legitimacy of a Republican house majority, saying the gop imperils “democracy” and the economy. But he will heroically be there to stop them, and save “our democracy.”
A speech on Capitol hill to an empty chamber? As fitting as that would be for Biden, that would be a politically suicidal move as the optics would be insane, even more insane than he usually is.
