When trying to understand the Constitution, we should always first start with the main Articles(I, II, III, etc) or the delegated powers, since those set out the limitations of the Constitution.(or its legitimate functions)
You don't think the Constitution is all powerful regardless of whatever law they pass, do you? That's typically a more progressive point of view of how the Supremacy Clause works.
The U.S. Constitution is only "Supreme" in areas where it has been delegated to be supreme.
“When trying to understand the Constitution, we should always first start with the main Articles(I, II, III, etc) or the delegated powers, since those set out the limitations of the Constitution.(or its legitimate functions).”
“...since those set out the limitations of the Constitution.(or its legitimate functions).”
First of all, where did you get your education? Kenya?
Talk about stupid. The Articles you mention set the limits to government, not the Constitution. The Constitution was written to limit government, not itself.
“You don’t think the Constitution is all powerful regardless of whatever law they pass, do you?”
Yes, the Constitution is all powerful.
Who is “they” in “they pass’?
The Constitution was/is not passed. It was originally adopted by the states and requires the states permission to be changed or added to.
“The U.S. Constitution is only “Supreme” in areas where it has been delegated to be supreme.”
Another stupidity. It was delegated to be supreme in its entirety.
