A decent man or a bully? Our pick for governor.
The governor should represent all Floridians, including those who disagree with him or didn’t vote for him. Charlie Crist would do that. Gov. Ron DeSantis does not — and would not. In 2018, DeSantis got 49.6% of the vote. In other words, more people voted for someone else. and a bully. Do you want the state governed by a decent man or a bully? The Tampa Bay Times recommends voting for Charlie Crist, a man of decency, for governor.A decent man or a bully? Our pick for governor.

A bully. Look at how he hectored high school students — teenagers! — who were brought to the University of South Florida for a photo op in March. Seemingly irritated that several kids standing behind him on the stage were masked up, he told them, “You don’t have to wear those masks. Please take them off.” “This is ridiculous,” he went on.
Unite or divide. It’s hard to imagine Charlie Crist acting that way, because he wouldn’t.
DeSantis seems to revel in belittling anyone who doesn’t agree with him. He makes them feel small, while he flexes power.
Dangerous games. DeSantis is pro-science only when it suits him. He’s anti-expert when they defy him. He’s Donald Trump but devoid of the charm. A clear choice. This election presents a clear choice between a decent man and a bully. The Tampa Bay Times recommends voting for Charlie Crist, a man of decency, for governor.

I have posted an. excerpt but the actual diatribe is even worse. Anyone who believes this crap belongs in a mental institution. May we have the last laugh.
Decent man? Seriously?
Reads like it was written by a 13-year old girl.
Would Crist have been cheered at the FL/GA game like DeSantis was?
For those of you who can actually access the entire article, check out the remainder of the recommendations for state and local elections. Almost all are Democrats with the exception of those Republicans who are running un opposed.
A reminder to Florida voters who do not have the time or inclination to stay on top of Florida politics.
Just read the recommendations coming from the likes of the Tampa Bay Times and vote the opposite and you will not go wrong.
Nice guys finish last, And even the not-so-nice guys, like the chameleon Charlie Crist, can still manage to finish last.
Gerald Ford was an example of a “decent man”, yet he got stomped down into the cracks when it came to comparisons between him and Jimmy Carter.
The TBT is suggesting that Floridians do what the left wants, even after seeing how destructive the policies are. Trump was a big bad meany that had the country running pretty well, but supposedly Biden would be a kinder, gentler dude, and it doesn’t matter if he ran the country into the ground.
Any Floridian that votes for Crist based on his demeanor is nuts. Ron DeSantis has Florida on the right track. I wish I had him or even someone like him for a governor.

Sitting in State Farm offices in Bloomington IL I saw Gov Crist destroy the insurance market in Hurricane plagued FL. His actions were based on what he wished the world was like rather than the reality.
He had no understanding of the way things worked in FL then. Has he learned anything since?
Anyone who would pick and rationalize a Crist endorsement is ignorance beyond description
Please businesses, stop supporting these fools
Charlie Crist is a whore, plain and simple.
“Angry Media Fags Hate DeSantis”
An incredibly lame editorial.
> A decent man or a bully? <
What a stupid way to phrase things. You should vote for the candidate who will govern closest to your views, not for the most decent person on the ballot. And “decent” is very subjective in the first place.
Oh, well. I guess the Tampa Bay Times would have preferred Pee Wee Herman in charge of the US Third Army instead of George Patton.
I think it was.
