They know that it was the US and Germany doing this (Tech and know how to pull this off) with Ukraine actually operating these drones but they want to paint this as the UK as they seem to have a propaganda narrative going on against the UK.
Strange since after France, the UK was the country that Russians were very fond of in the West.
