I asked a high ranking local Repub what he was going to do and he said the national situation is so important he was going to hold his nose tightly and vote Newhouse. I cannot do that, nor vote for any Dem. So that office will be a write-in, and I hope in 2 years we can finally rid ourselves of the treasonous Newhouse (yes, I expect him to win, but I hope at a much reduced margin).
