It's too early to give a straight yes or no answer at this time. My non-Tulsi rant answer today would be:
No, if by that time her positions were unchanged from what they are today. That would mean that Trump had become severely compromised, if not mentally unbalanced.
Yes, if she, starting soon until that time, did a complete arguably sincere 180 on her current views.
