The description of DePape is consistent with being just another Bay Area psycho. His nuttiness is broad enough to overlap with a large array of theories, conspiracy and otherwise. I doesn’t mean that he was a participant in anything other than his own personal fantasy world.
Lots of folks on these threads are living in their own fantasy world today, that’s for sure.
