“Stolen and sold”. This is a big problem on both sides. In order to make sure my Ukrainian stepson was adequately out fitted, we sent him a first-class helmet, reinforced field gloves, a first-rate protective vest and a very large package of freeze-dried food. All of this was supposed to be provided by his military unit.
