The message is pretty clear and commonsensical. Don't thrust you gayness in the faces of the local, so, back off the PDA (which is not wanted in most Muslim countries period), etc..

That being said, there are likely will be some LGBTQ crusaders who can't resist trying to make a point in another country.

With all this “gay” business, I would suggest not flaunting, and be respectful that other parts of the world have different laws and social norms. You are subject to their laws and norms when visiting.
