Fetterman Blames the Closed Captioning System on His Disastrous Debate Performance, Debate Host Responds With Fire

Last night’s debate between John Fetterman and Mehmet Oz was something new for me as a political observer and commentator. Truly, I had never seen anything like it. It was so disastrous and so scandalous, that it might end up being the most consequential debate for a major candidate in modern history.

By the time the hour ended, an exceedingly short time for a debate, it was clear that the Fetterman campaign, Fetterman’s wife, and the mainstream media had been outright lying about just how bad the Democrat’s condition was. To say he could not speak coherently is putting things lightly, and unless you actually watch what transpired, you can’t possibly grasp how bad it was.

Here’s just a small taste.

Now, the Fetterman campaign is desperately searching for an excuse for what transpired, and as of late Tuesday evening, they settled on blaming the closed captioning system. Yes, despite the fact that Fetterman was given a 70-inch television screen to read questions and answers from even though he is not hard of hearing at all, the best his campaign could come up with was to blame that incredible concession for his woes.

“We are thrilled with John’s performance. He did remarkably well tonight – especially when you consider that he’s still recovering from a stroke and was working off of delayed captions filled with errors,” Fetterman communications director Joe Calvello told reporters.

“John won countless exchanges, counter-punched aggressively, and pushed back on Oz’s cruelty and attacks,” Calvello said.

I would guess a lame duck governor still retains the power to replace a state senator. But if he can do it before a senator-elect is sworn in, idk.

It’s not that simple. The Oprah lovers are not going to vote for a Nazi party just because they liked Oz once. From their perspective.

In the Missouri case, Carnahan died before the election took place. What we're discussing here is what happens if the election occurs, but then the Senator-elect steps down?

The Missouri case was wrong in so many ways:

• Absentee ballots had already be sent out with Carnahan's name on it.
• Votes had already been cast.
• The Democrats insisted that votes for Carnahan be considered as votes for a generic Democrat who would replace him.
• Republicans insisted that the Constitution requires that a Senator must be a resident of the state, and a dead man cannot be a resident so a vote for Carnahan is a spoiled vote. We vote for individuals, not the party that run the individual.
• The state allowed the posthumous win, and the Governor appointed his wife to serve until the next federal election.

Couldn’t the sitting senator have a ‘medical issue’ and resign, thus creating a vacancy, perhaps to appoint Fedder? Tho I don’t see why this would change anything.

These matters always redounds to the discredit of the media who should be fairly recording events and holding the sleazy cheaters accountable, per the letter of the law and per common decency.

Fetterman was offered two full rehearsals with the captioning system. He did one.

“Fetterman fought courageously through viscous attacks and successfully defending his ideas for the people of PA. Fetterman continues his amazing recovery and will go to Washington and speak truth to power.”

Or some bs similar to that is how they will respond.

Because the sitting Senator is Republican Pat Toomey. Why would he do anything to help the Democrats take the seat?

The story under the surface today is going to be how the LAAP-dog media covered up the true nature of Fetterman's condition. Even now, YouTube is pulling down copies of last night's debate, which is legitimate news.

Already, I'm seeing comments about how can we trust that the media is reporting anything fairly after seeing Fetterman with our own eyes?

Just look at how NBC's Dasha Burns' own colleagues in journalism are treating her for exposing Fetterman's true condition? You'd think she committed omertà and had to be whacked for her crime by the way they treated her.

On CBS Mornings, they only showed one clip of Fetterman stumbling with his words. CBS has repeatedly said that Trump continues with his election lies about the rigging of the 2020 election. However, when it comes to Fetterman who now claims he supports fracking, CBS doesn’t want to call Fetterman a liar since Fetterman said years ago he was never for fracking.
CBS credibility is at stake.

It would be an extra blessing if the after-debate propaganda wakes up some significant number of to voters realize the media is shilling for Democrats. It’s not difficult to see, if they’d only open their mind.

There’s a hope that the media bias on display re the debate will spur media distrust among some who previously did not consider it.

It’s happened 3 times - twice with Obama and once with Biden.

(IF they actually won an election, all that represented “we the people” was the teleprompter).
