Images and video show homeless in Los Angeles syphoning water and power in camps sprouting throughout the city's streets - with some of the brazen encampments even boasting working washing machines.

Sounds like some of the bums could get jobs as electricians.
The popups/videos make the Daily Mail unreadable.
How quaint.....LA has its own version of an autonomous zone.
Elections have consequences......ENJOY!
Don’t bogart that juice my friend
I’ve been to the Philippines a few times, and these things are the norm in the slums there. I guess someone has been taking notes. “How to live in a slum. Lesson 1, stealing electricity”

Not only that but you have hobos now making tents in TREES..yep their own personal tree house..that is why you gotta look UP when you walk under a tree never know who might be taking a piss right on your head

It does. I've seen homeless men charging their smart phones in Whole Foods parking lots on the ritzy Westside.
Check out this homeless encampment in uber-rich Brentwood.
Anyone here ever see what utility lines look like in Mumbai, with thousands of dangerous, informal wires tapped into them? That’s LA in a few years.
Enterprising individuals!
Anything costing under $950 is free anyway, so why not? LA is building its own favelas. These feature laundry and car washes. Nice.
