Trump wanted to close the border, Trump directed factories to retool and make respirators (most were never used), Trump called for developing a Vaccine at lightning speed, (a real vaccine, not the crappy untested mRNA soup that we got), Trump made sure there were testing and treatment facilities (tent cities and mercy ships) available in large numbers, people were working around the clock.
Biden did lockdowns, opened the borders, fired health care workers who refused the jab, cut off the energy supply, blamed Trump and went back to his nap.
