the story here is a dem admitting that NPR, a major (?) media news organization, represents elite liberal thought. Yeah, we have all known that for years, but it’s refreshing to hear them admit it.
That is where the Democrat Party is right now. It’s not really about geography anymore. The kind of Democrats Carville grew up with either aren’t in the party anymore or can’t win the primaries. Democrats who got elected in more conservative districts are worried about losing their seats, but they vote how Chuck and Nancy tell them to.
