FWIW, a while back I had what may have been my first adverse reaction to a vaxx I’d been getting for decades.

Let’s just say that my primary care providers havent been too interested in getting to the bottom of it.

My solution: No more vaxxes. And I say that as someone who used to keep current.

Last year's flu shot was one of the worst I've ever had. I try to avoid it, but the Army pretty much forces it on you.
Had a massive headache for a week (and I almost never get headaches), then had hives all over the upper body. Actually has to go to my local doc to get a steroid shot, but he said he couldn't definitely tie the flu shot to the issues I was having.
