Until we see the actual abolition of some bureaucracies in total, its just status quo.
The CFPB was just ruled by a judge to be unconstitutional. That should provide plenty of cover for the caucus to author a repeal bill throw it onto the ash heap of history.
Hopefully some judge will soon do the same with the CDC and several others.
