Likely Putins going to allow Ukraine military to enter the region and then bomb there. Getting the civilians out makes sense - but why would Zelensky ask the people to remain......if the dam gets blown or bombings or both Zelsnky doesn't appear to care who he puts in harms way .

Oh no, Russia expects the Ukes to go scorched ( or flooded) earth on Kherson city …so yes, they may “ win” if you considered it victory to destroy the city and carry out terrible retribution on any remaining civilians as “ collaborators” for living their lives rather peacefully under Russian administration for 7 months. As the Ukes have demonstrated in other cities and towns they have “ liberated”, inhabited by people they have been groomed to hate,.

Has anyone asked why the Ukes are using our rather-expensive and scarce HIMARS to target convoys of civilians trying to evacuate?
