After what Vlad Tepes did to Turks who invaded Romania my guess is there’s no invasion there.

The comment was about being READY to defend NATO soil. That just means being prepared. Just as we did during the Cold War. And the USSR did not invade any NATO country during the Cold War, because we were “ready to defend NATO soil.”
