The Florida Democrat's gubernatorial campaign did not disclose Austin John Durrer’s arrest, saying Wednesday that he resigned to “focus on a family matter.”

One other thought is - his candidate must be pretty far ahead when he has the luxury in the last month of the campaign to take the time (and make the effort) to beat his girlfriend/wife/domestic partner.
