The local Miami media is thrilled...they hate DeSantis.

This judge should be overruled.

A Miami-Dade judge on Friday dismissed charges against a local man who had been caught up in voter fraud allegations...

They were not just allegations.
He was charged in court,
And, there are another 20 ballot fraudsters facing charges, most of whom will not appear before this partisan, far left judge.

And people wonder why there were "no vote fraud cases".

Because most every "judge" where the fraud is happening is a Democrat stooge...

Every judge where the fraud happened was either a Rat stooge or a RINO traitor.

In a separate decision Milton Hirsch, the judge in this case, issued a ruling that found that Florida’s amended Stand-Your-Ground law was unconstitutional due to the amendment being enacted by the state legislature instead of the state supreme court.

Judge: “You can have laws, but you can only enforce them against conservatives.”

Voter fraud is one of the hardest crimes to prove, because there is almost no evidence trail, and it almost requires a confession from the fraudster as a result. Since voting is an anonymous act, no submitted ballot can be tied to a specific person.

That's why it is so critical to have front-end safeguards in place. Once the fraudulent vote is cast, it is COUNTED, even if the fraudster is convicted of the crime.

That’s what democrats do. So unless we fight like they do we will lose.

Note: That was in 2017.

Most dumbass “judges” have been really busy defending their commie RAT comrades. There is no justice in this country for anyone other than commie RATS. They own the courts and all of the “judges”. Unless you’re a RAT or one of their illegal alien invaders, American Justice is a myth.

We have let a population of wannabe Bolsheviks appropriate positions of power in our nation built on individuality and freedom.

This has to be reversed. Nothing will change permanently until these people are culled from power of any kind.

For the record, culling Bolshevik wannabes from power does not require violence - which I am not advocating for. We’re better than that, and that what the left wants from us.
