I think this is just contempt to court for refusing to testify.
The are just laying out the precedent to do the same for Trump if he refuses to testify in a subpoena. They want Trump in jail.
Interesting sentence though...it could have been worse but perhaps the judge was sending his own message up the garland leg tingle chain? The judge appears to have pulled his punches!
