CDC Needs to be totally and completely scattered to the wind. One of the most evil group of mfers ever - absolutely no interest in protecting anyone’s health , just how much they can Grift !
The way it works is VERY SIMPLE. Once the Federal Government (which cannot be sued) deems something, then the ONLY ‘safe’ option for lower levels of government (states, counties, etc.) is to do EXACTLY what the federal government has deemed. Otherwise they’re wide open for litigation and will have to prove they know more than the (corrupt) CDC.
Only REASONABLE way to deal with this is to PREVENT the federal government from ‘recommending’ anything.
The reaction scared the CDC into reversing policy. Didn’t want to get up-close and personal with lampposts, I guess.

Even in hospitals, the flu vaccine compliance is directly tied to Medicare disbursement. I saw people get fired for not taking it the first year it was required. I was standing outside the CEOs office when he said, fire them now, if they won’t take it. It must be the money.
