Is Congress not able to bring suit against the Executive for infringement of its constitutional power of the purse? The Republican Caucus unable to bring suit?

Congress could, but they controlled by democrats.

The minority caucus could but they too are controlled by democrats.

Apparently taxpayer associations don’t have standing.

But the 6 states that are suing, I would think would have standing.

Yes, they are able & Yes, they are able. Congress persons are the ONLY ones with standing to challenge an Executive Order.
