Only way to stop this is by going back to one vote per person on voting day.
No electronic voting.
Voter ID
No motor voter sign up.
No vote of any kind counts after the polls close. If you failed to get there, too bad, try again next election.
I hear they have a block chain system where only you have the key but that would require everyone have a computer. Maybe someday we can vote from our homes securely.
If we can do world wide banking online you would think they can do voting the same way.
