That’es why the ultra modern high tech city vote counting systems in Detroit and Chicago and elsewhere ALWAYS result in the news saying “96% of rural county votes tabulated but we have to wait to sometime tomorrow for the city vote totals. 5% so far.” They find out it’s 10,100 behind for Dems and then get 11,100 new votes for Dems. Dems win.
