Used vehicles might be cheap. I wonder if the second owner gets stuck with the disposal fee.

Used EVs will have used batteries that are on their way to needing replacement. Then, you may not be able to find the replacement. If you can get a replacement, they will be costly as hell. You add that to the price you paid for the used EV.
