When it’s black-on-white, there is very little coverage, thus no “outrage”.
When it’s white-on-black there is incessant national coverage, thus “outrage”.
If every video of black-on-white assault got similar coverage, there would be a strong readjustment of attitudes, which is why the media suppress such.
