I 100% agree that Pres Trump should finally just ignore and turn his back to all of them, but I’m thinking he feels like he’s not afraid of them and isn’t going to be intimidated by them.

Something we’ll probably never know is, if Woodward’s tapes are 100% legit.

Folks can say what they want about Pres Trump, his ego, making the “mistake” of talking to folks like Woodward, but when has anything been verified?

Is there a chance that this stuff comes out and Pres Trump has the means to show that Woodward is a liar? Or that he got a little loose with the facts and statements?

Actually, "Deep Throat" was a petty little bureaucrat named Mark Felt who was p*$$ed off that he had been passed over for promotion to director of the FBI.

The case is stronger that DT was Haig, although Haig may have been one of many sources used by the Compost. Haig and Woodward worked together as Woodward briefed him when he was a naval intelligence officer. They both lied to cover that up. Haig leaked things about what was happening in the WH, that Felt would have needed a source like Haig to get. By the time Felt was announced as the alleged DT, he was already senile and couldn't answer any questions on the topic like why he might have done it. Sorry, no sale on Felt as DT. That's just disinformation. Haig was DT.

years. Having a big dump of charges isn’t necessarily a
