I highly doubt that it would be granted. If it is, they won’t let him do his program. This is all about silencing Bannon.
Actually, I think this is more about sending a message to Trump... “Obey our subpoena as we direct or YOU’RE going to prison”.
After which, they’ll try to send whom to prison anyway.
