A real estate company with ties to first son Hunter Biden received more than $100 million from a Russian billionaire for property investments across the US that date back a decade, sources have told The Post.
The hefty cash injections into Rosemont Realty came from Elena Baturina — one of Russia’s wealthiest women, the widow of the former mayor of Moscow, and a close ally of Moscow tyrant Vladimir Putin, the sources said.
In one portfolio deal, Baturina paid at least $40 million to Rosemont to invest in office buildings across the country, according to a source with knowledge of the transactions.

This isn’t the first time President Biden’s 52-year-old son has been linked to Baturina, whose late husband Yuri Luzhkov was mayor of Russia’s capital for more than 18 years before being dismissed by then-President Dmitry Medvedev in 2010.
Baturina, who has an estimated net worth of $1.4 billion, had wired $3.5 million in 2014 to a bank account held by Rosemont Seneca Thornton — a consortium formed between Hunter’s investment company, Rosemont Seneca, and the Boston-based Thornton Group.
Like Rosemont Realty, Rosemont Seneca Thornton is an offshoot of Rosemont Capital Partners, a private equity form co-founded by Hunter Biden and Chris Heinz, the stepson of former Secretary of State John Kerry and son of the late Pennsylvania Senator Chris Heinz.
The 2014 transfer was later scrutinized in a 2020 report commissioned by Senate Republicans probing Hunter’s ties to Ukraine after Baturina’s transfers were flagged in suspicious activity reports filed by banks to the US Treasury Department.

Donald Trump Says Joe Biden’s Remarks Gave Russia the ‘Green Light’ on Ukraine
Donald Trump has accused President Joe Biden of giving Russia the “green light” to invade Ukraine.
Speaking to Fox News on Thursday, the former president criticized Biden’s remarks during a press conference about the buildup of Russian troops next to the border with Ukraine.
Biden suggested on Wednesday that a “minor incursion” ordered by President Vladimir Putin would result in a softer response from Washington than a full-scale invasion. The comments sparked alarm in Kyiv and were quickly walked back by the White House.
Trump told Fox host Sean Hannity: “Really what he said last night when he said, ‘They may go in, they will go in,’ and he talked about a minor incursion. I said, ‘I don’t believe he said that,’ because that’s like giving them, they use the term ‘green light.’ He was green-lighted.”
He added that the president of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, “could not believe what he heard. He couldn’t believe what he heard, and I couldn’t believe what — it’s whether you are for strong stoppage or not, you’re really telling them ‘You might as well go in.’”

I said about a month ago that a likely scenario could be this:
DiFi is non compos mentis, and will be “retired” from the senate before her term is up. Her replacement will be picked by California governor, Gavin Newsom. He will pick Kamala Harris after the Democrats make her an offer she can’t refuse.
Then, Newsom will be tapped to replace her as VP. Joe resigns or is removed via the 25th Amendment, and...voila! President Newsom, without having to campaign, sit for an election, or having to win over the electorate.
Real Estate? Jeez, Hunter was a business tycoon. What wasn’t he involved in?
Hunter and his father were smart enough to know that the biggest bribes are from Russia. Not Ukraine or China.
Ukraine is a backwater in that part of the world. All the players know Putin’s Moscow is where the corrupt money is to be made.
This all (well, long since) puts paid to the Ukrainian corruption story. The Bidens were on both the Russian/Chinese payrolls.
Burisima was a Russian controlled operation run by Mykola Zlochevsky, who was an associate of Viktor Yanukovych. Yanuvovych was Putin’s puppet.
The Bidens were dealing with this gang.
