I still can't figure out what incentive Putin would ever have to use nuclear weapons given all the claims that the Russian army is poised for an overwhelming conventional victory in Ukraine in November.
Also, for all those who question why we should take one side or the other in this war, or why Ukraine is any better than Russia, only one of those countries is implying they might use nuclear weapons against the West, and it ain't Ukraine.
