Which mean that the DOJ, FBI, Pentagon, State, etc., etc., need to be seriously purged after President Trump is reelected. That is, after the groundwork is set by a strongly Republican congress.
Given the almost impossible ability to fire/purge career employees, it will require changing civil service regulations.
