How come Abbott and Paxton haven’t investigated this Mexican sheriff for falsely giving out crime victim certificates?

The sheriff is an idiot, and it is up to the citizens of that county to vote him out-I’m pretty sure he can be sued by them, too for the false info he is using. Also-he is not a Mexican, since he isn’t a citizen of Mexico-idiot or not, he is an American of Hispanic ancestry-I’m one, and so are a few other folks here-and we are not “Mexicans”, either-American, Texan will do just fine...
