His Arkhangelsk underground nuke test order has now been disobeyed by the military 3 times in the past 2 weeks.
Sides are being taken on removing Putin and installing Dmitry Patrushev (son of Nikolai Patrushev) in his place.
Putin even talked of making a "goodwill gesture" in Kherson in his press conference today.
All according to plan.
Putin is running out of missiles. If he wants to waste more targeting civilian areas like Hitler, he just hastens the end of the war, and likely his regime.

If he had taken “How to Make War 101” he would have learned step one is to take out all communication towers, electrical power distribution centers, transportation hubs, military headquarters, etc. by air, missiles and long range artillery before sending in the troops.
