I find it interesting how a few people make decisions for billions.
Why not just have SpaceX drop some Mylar reflectors into orbit? They would be very easy to control and to remove if necessary. And, a whole lot less worrisome than spraying sulfur into the atmosphere. Less Acid Rain.
This would be a lot cheaper too.
