In the past people have figured that an election needs to be close in order to get stolen. Thjs one wasn't close at all and they stole it anyhow. They got by with it because too many people in positions from which they should have been able to stop it were too compromised or too intimidated to do anything.

This was the deep state telling the American people to go **** themselves.

The more quotidian version of this is the Walgreens employees watching the riffraff clean out the store shelves and walk out unimpeded.

Except there wasn't some fake $950 or whatever ceiling on what each of the thieves were allowed to pocket. They were allowed to clean out the whole store.

A society that shrugs at the second thing will allow the first thing without a thought.

In the past AND in the present, 'elections' have been engineered to be close so that they could be stolen.
