This is the last commission hearing. These Rats are safe from Trump showing up in this Congress, and they know it. There’s a side of me that wants Trump to testify publicly, but being the pieces of excrement that they are, the commission will insist only on taking testimony behind closed doors.
He can appear next year and Jim Jordon will be chairman and none of these current miscreants will even be on the committee. He can testify how FORMER congressman Cheney was a loser.
The subpoena should only be valid for the current Congress. I suspect the news of it is all they really want, perhaps some play out of a refusal to appear. But if this is the last session, where is he supposed to appear?

I can’t even imagine the field day he would have with that.

I can only assume that they’re afraid to speak to me in public or they’re trying to frame me with their bogus committee. I don’t think the American people want to see this kind of secrecy.”
