I didn’t say that his nomination was going to be “denied.” I said that if the timing were inch-perfect, then he would be convicted in late August (or a month after the convention) that would allow state officials from preventing his inclusion on the ballot, effectively leaving off the Republican nominee. Now, blue states don’t matter too much, but if the red state RINO politicians pull the same stunt by keeping him off the ballot, then it would be near impossible for Trump to win because he would have to be written in.
To be blunt, it matters not what the law states at that time; it’s what the justification the state election officials take to justify Trump’s exclusion from the ballot that matters.
If they exclude him, that will be the inevitable slide towards CW II. Xi and Vlad will laugh and wire money.
