Unfortunately, Trump will be indicted before the new MAGA-influenced (but not led) Congress takes over. The charge will be something that can be interpreted as invoking the disqualification clause in the U.S. Constitution from running for office. The timing of his case will be set for June or July 2024, coinciding roughly about a month after the GOP convention, with anticipation building for over a year. The reason is simple: They will get a conviction out of a DC court.
The reason they do this timing is to try to get the GOP to nominate someone ELSE as president in 2024, someone who is more Deep State-aligned like a Bush or a Romney would be. They would be imploring to get anyone BUT Trump to avoid a major issue as follows:
IF Trump is the nominee, then a few weeks later when he is convicted, this will give the states election officials to DISQUALIFY Trump’s name, based upon the interpretation that his charge invokes the clause in the Constitution that disqualifies him. At this point, the GOP are in a HUGE BIND, because NOW they do NOT HAVE a Republican candidate on the ballot, and I’m sure the courts will NOT allow another addition. So I’m sure this trial is to ensure that the GOP nominate the Deep State candidate.
