I prosecuted hundreds of draft dodgers (Viet Nam)in my day and that was just in the MCorp. They were charged with a misdemeanor, but anyone absent for over 30 days was classified a deserter on the books, which was a felony. They got off easy and were referred to a Special Ct. Martial and most sentenced to 6-6 and a kick. A lot joined just to avoid civilian prosecution and didn’t give a damn about their Country. One old judge I had would sometimes sentence the defendant to 6-6 and back to duty. One, I recall, got so mad at not getting a discharge he punched his hand through the courtroom glass door as he was escorted from the room.
Thanks for sharing that.
I’m a VN combat vet and remember those days.
But now is different and I will help good patriotic Americans dodge the draft if it comes to that.
Cannon fodder for the NWO and for patriots to be used and abused is a no-go.
