I’m a little confused here. According to the U.S. Constitution, state election rules and regulations are determined by the state legislatures. Why is the USSC (or any court or any election official for that matter) involved in this? I would expect the Pennsylvania election rules are clear on this ... or aren’t they?
BECAUSE the SCOTUS is going by the election LAWS in the PA. state constitution!!
