When most Dems/progressives leave the Dem party, it's not a total conversion at first.

This is the case of my DW, a former Dem, now a GOPer, but in baby steps over several decades.

(And she still gets nervous about 2A and a few other things. Works in progress.).

My point is that we should wish Tulsi well, and encourage her to consider the GOP at some point.

Remember, Ronald Regan was a Dem at one time in his younger years.
