Morocco, a 3rd World Nation, Started after California, finished in 7 years and has a running bullet train, while California has NO bullet train and WON’T for many, many years..... Yet, YET California believes it runs the world.....

That project is never going to be completed and think of the billions spent. A lot of contractors and lobbyists have gotten filthy rich from it.

Back in the 90’s in DC, I used to drink at the bar with a guy who’d served as a mercenary for various governments in Africa during the 80’s. He said dealing with DC City Government reminded him of the most dysfunctional of the African governments he’d dealt with. Stands to reason the Dems would turn Kalifornia into the same.
