When you get cold, you increase the heat which raises your energy and carbon production - which costs you more money
How do you raise body heat (calories) except by increasing your food consumption - which increases your cost and need for more money
Those who have money and food will survive this man-made tribulation, or culling of the population; those who do not have the money, land for crops, or food, will not survive,
or will have to turn to government programs who will have total control over the population.
