yes, before you cancel delete ALL your financial information,. then also select delete all information, then cancel.

I did that last night, stunningly I got emails in the last few hours since saying my paypal account has paid out for bitcoin. It did not, but strange how it has been a long time since I got paypal scam spam but as soon as I cancel I get several.

Cancel them immediately!
