it’s logical that unions representing employees in critical industries play brinksmanship to secure pay and benefit increases, with the economy in shambles and inflation running rampant, if you are a union why not demand pay increases to keep up with inflation.
They were offered something like a 20% pay increase. This has to do with sick leave and such
There’s nothing wrong with acting in your own self interest.
Too many here are subservient to corporations.
If you leave a company, you’re supposed to give at least two weeks.
If they decide to let you go, security immediately walks you out.
Corporations no longer have allegiance to their workers, so why should workers have allegiance to said corporations?
