I disagree. People accepted the results of a rigged election in Ukraine... because their elections had been rigged for a long time and they were numb to it, likely they appreciated that someone attempted to color some legitimacy to it. As for the USA... we aren’t getting over the industrial scale voter fraud. There will be accountability and those that are complicit will be held accountable... and that accountability will save the rest of the world.

You cant dismiss this sort of thing. Certainly not on these grounds. If you went about doing so then no country has a legit government. That way leads to foreign policy insanity.

Countries elect their leaders for their own reasons, however much we dislike their choice. Absent widespread complaints we have to assume they are done correctly.

The last Philippine election, this year, was very disappointing to me, but in that one, likewise, there were no substantial complaints and the results are legitimate, however unfortunate.
