Zelenskyy joined his local team at law school to compete in the KVN comedy TV show. These international competitions were held where teams (usually college students) competed by giving funny responses to questions and/or showing prepared sketches. i.e. Especially the parody of rugged, tough Cossacks initially wearing Cossack costumes that were then torn off to dance revealing themselves as feminized drag queens! The audience found it hysterical!

BTW in 2006, President Zelensky competed on the Ukrainian version of “Dancing With the Stars,” which in Ukrainian is called “Tantsi z zirkamy.”
Zelensky was part of the first season of the show where he was partnered with professional dancer Olena Shoptenko. And, they didn’t just compete, they won the whole thing.
