Whatever you call it, it happens all over. After the American Revolution, a Mr. Shephard got together his cronies and killed off the Delaware Indians in one night, using clubs and their trust. The tribe, devout Christians, were traveling and he warned them that for their safety they should submit to being tied hand and foot and put in their village’s compound. This the Delawares willingly did. Then Shephard showed up with his cronies in the middle of the night and with the help of another tribe of Indians, bludgeoned them to death. Something similar was done to the Susquehano Indians after the French & Indian War..
