Well, I didn't say what the source was, so I'm not sure why you assume it is "pro-Russian". In fact the details come from the Ukrainian Defense Ministry, and have been widely reported in the pro-Ukrainian Western media.

I know you did not reveal what the source is but its pro-Russian bias is apparent. It quotes Putin with approval and speaks of Moscow’s “restraint.” Restraint would have been not invading Ukraine at all—or Georgia. If the Ukrainians had not fought back as well as they have, Putin might have invaded the Baltic countries by now.
